This book is Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall's attempt at conveying the meaning of the Qur'an.* I am saying very little about it here as I intend to soon re-read it in an arguably-better translation. But yeh, it's the Qur'an, more or less, in English.
* I say attempt because apparently the original Arabic text of the Qur'an is so divinely poetically dense that it is impossible for a true translation to be made.
