This book is Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall's attempt at conveying the meaning of the Qur'an.* I will say very little about it here as I intend to soon re-read it in an arguably-better translation. But yeh, it's the Qur'an more or less in English.
* I say attempt because apparently the original Arabic text of the Qur'an is so poetically dense that it is impossible for a true translation to be made.
